Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in yourself through Big Deal Academy. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following:

• Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase—no questions asked.

• No Refunds After 7 Days: Due to the digital nature of our programs and the value delivered, no refunds will be granted after the 7-day window.

To request a refund, please email hayden@ftlom.ca within the refund period. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the email used at purchase.
