Big Deal Academy is designed specifically to elevate entrepreneurs and realtors. Whether you’re a licensed realtor, soon-to-be licensed, or a business owner with a new idea or an established concept, you’re the perfect fit to apply and thrive with us.

Courses typically take between 3 to 6 months to complete. Live classes are held 1 to 2 times per month, giving you the flexibility to learn at a steady, manageable pace while balancing your busy schedule.

Earning your Big Deal Academy (BDA) Certification boosts your credibility and sets you apart in a competitive market. It provides you with practical tools and strategies to reach your goals and covers essential topics that are often overlooked but critical for success in your industry.

Yes! You have 7 days after purchasing the course to request a refund. If you have any questions or need assistance with a refund, please contact Hayden at hayden@ftlom.ca.

You’ll have access to all course materials for 2 weeks after completing the program, and your interactive workbooklet is yours to keep forever. After that, you’re invited to join the Big Deal Community, where we offer monthly micro-lessons, guest speaker sessions, and an expert Q&A forum. This ongoing access costs $49 per month after certification, but it’s free during your time in the course.

You will receive your Big Deal Academy certification within 30 to 60 days after completing the course.

The courses are delivered via Google Meet, so all you need is a Gmail account and a device with internet access to join the live sessions easily.
