Marketing and business development go hand in hand. Our CEO, Trista, started her journey as an intern at a top Royal Le Page brokerage in rural Ontario. There, she witnessed the drive, determination, and expertise of realtors—but also saw how ineffective marketing was holding them back.
After months of researching solutions, she realized that everything a business needs to succeed wasn’t available under one roof. And one thing she knew for sure: confusion repels, clarity attracts. You can’t have brand clarity when your marketing is split across multiple businesses that don’t communicate. After helping that brokerage become a top 1% team in the country—and securing the highest listing price ever in their area thanks to a strategic marketing approach—Trista knew other business owners deserved the same level of care, attention, and dedication.
