It all started with an internship! Our CEO began working at a top 1% real estate team filled with amazing talent, but they were losing traction because they weren’t digitizing. Despite being great at what they did, they struggled to keep up with their younger competitors. At just 16, our CEO set out to solve this problem. Noticing high prices and the lack of focus on listing content, she saw a gap and worked to fill it.
Now, we view ourselves as growth partners for realtors and business owners looking to take their businesses to the next level—whether their just starting out, growing a team, or leveling up after 20 years. We help at all stages.

As two Trent University alumni, Trista and Hayden are passionate about mentoring students. In partnership with Trent University, FTLOM is proud to provide Creative Content and SEO internship opportunities for students looking to gain real world experience in a fun, positive, learning environment.
Mentorships mirror the same terms as the typical Canadian university does, Fall, Winter and Summer.

For Young Entrepreneurs | By Young Entrepreneurs (YE) is an initiative founded by Hayden Johnson (President) and Trista Greer (CEO) of FTLOM Inc. Hayden and Trista’s vision for the project was to create a platform for young entrepreneurs and university students to network and share their experiences and challenges related to starting a business while in school. The most recent event was hosted in February 2024, in partnership with Trent University.
